Innovation, Experience Design and All Things Creative

Having over 15 years experience leading creative initiatives, Justin has worked in both agency and in-house environments. His expertise entails planning, direction, production and presentation of a wide variety of design formats, currently focused on digital and physical technologies. During his career, Justin has teamed up with Coca-Cola, DuPont, Ritz-Carlton, Siemens, SCA North America, and for the past eight years, Disney.

While early in at Parks and Resorts Online, he collaborated on redevelopment of the Walt Disney World website and mobile app (Next Generation Experience), the creation of a digital campaign to celebrate the opening of Magic Kingdom Park’s New Fantasyland, and a brand overhaul of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Justin now leads the Experience Design and Innovation team at Disney Parks and Products Technology, where his purpose is to provide guiding vision of both physical and digital creative, champion products which leverage existing and emerging technologies, and evangelize the process of design thinking.

What colleagues have said

Justin was able to fully support my team’s creative needs in addition to his main focus of completely reinventing disneyworld.com, including our Fantasyland expansion, and maintained a positive attitude through extremely long hours and high stress deadlines.

Ryan Ruth / Disney

Justin has senior-level creative skills. He has the kind of “good in the room” presence that only comes from a successful agency background. He knows how to pitch a creative idea, and, more importantly for me, he knows how to execute and deliver on that idea.

Chris Chandler / Philosophie

He is an excellent communicator, motivator and leader who brings personal accountability to all work he is associated with. I relied on Justin as a strong contributor to the strategy of disneyworld.com and to create work that was appealing, effective and on time.
